DAKOTA SKYE is a movie about a girl with a super power, she can always tell when someone's lying.
Then one day she meets a boy name Jonah who doesn't lie and this sets him apart from all the other people in Dakota's life.
Overall I give this movie 3.5 out of 5 stars.
I liked it, but I didn't love it. Would I watch it again, yes. Would I buy the DvD/Bluray, maybe.
The soundtrack could of been better, the male actors looked older then what they should of been, they were suppose to be playing teenagers, they look 30.
This movie for whatever reason is being compared to Juno, but I beg to differ. Juno was a 5 star movie in my opinion and the stories are completely different.
Its only saving grace is the acting, the acting was great!
This movie was not bad for a independent movie. But DAKOTA SKYE is clearly no Juno.
